I submitted many files. However, the manager
whose name is Nadia Montrose (she seems to be
a member of this group.) did not give me
POs until I asked. On top of that, she started
threatening me when I asked her about the
payment. She also said that payments delays
happen sometimes, but I was not sure until when
I should wait and ask her again, but her answer
was not clear, 'should be end of this
week' like this.... Also what she said to me is
quite changeable.
One day, she said my payment was by weekly,
but other day, she said that she would stop
paying me if I asked her delayed payment.
Amount of my work is 1,297 USD. Nadia
Montrose paid me only 73 USD.
This means that she has to pay me more
1223.85 USD. It is quite big money ( because I
worked so hard!)
However, I asked her about what the payments
were going on. She finally promised me that she
would pay on Friday(June 1st 2007).
But nothing happened. Instead, she sent me a
message which said that her client PC had
broken, so she couldn't get the payments from
him. And she added, 'the payments will be most
likely to happen later tonight (2nd of June 2007)
or tomorrow (3rd of June 2007).
But nothing happened. Also her words are
everything is not clear, she uses the expression,
'most likely happen' or 'should be tomorrow' or
etc...
I saw some sites which other translators were
complaining her. They did not recieve full
payment at all. If you can help me, please
check her company. I would like to know what
process of the big tourism project, who is her
client. From the file, her client's name seems to
be Pablo. And why the payments are so delay?
Why doesn't Nadia Montrose have responsible for
her workers? I have so many questions about
this agency.
In the end, I would like to tell all translators, Do
not work for Legal Translators Network Corp,
Nadia Montrose. I do not like Nadia
Montrose to produce another victims.
